01·The Difference

Most consultants observe this industry from the outside. We live and work inside it every day.

02·What We Do

Three ways to put operatorsin your corner.

01

Fractional Executive Leadership

A proven operator in the CEO, COO, or growth seat on a part-time cadence. Senior leadership scoped to outcomes, without the full-time payroll.

Our Why

Because healing is personal.Because dignity is non-negotiable.

There are people in every community who need more than a clinical visit. The organizations that serve them deserve leadership built for that responsibility.

03·Where We Work

The home-based continuum, end to end.

Care settings we have operated in ourselves, with the scars and the judgment to show for it.

05·How We Work

A method built for implementation.

  1. 01

    Listen & Assess

We start inside the operation, not inside a slide deck. We talk to leadership, clinicians, and office staff, ride along with the workflow, and review the numbers that describe how the business actually performs.

  2. 02

    Identify the Constraints

Every organization has a small number of constraints doing most of the damage: a leaking intake process, a staffing model misaligned to census, a leadership gap. We name them specifically and size their cost.

  3. 03

    Establish Priorities

Not everything can be first. We sequence the work by impact and dependency, agree on what will be measured, and set a timeline leadership can hold us to.

  4. 04

    Build the Strategy

The plan is written for the people who will execute it: concrete changes to workflows, roles, reporting, and cadence, each with an owner and a date.

Growth & Revenue

Helped build over $250 million in new revenue

Across the healthcare companies we have helped build and lead, our work has generated more than $250 million in new revenue: earned through census growth, service line expansion, and operational discipline, not financial engineering.

Referral Development

Referral pipelines for 20,000+ patients

We have built referral pipelines that connected more than 20,000 patients across the state of Oklahoma to home-based care, developed one physician, one case manager, and one discharge planner at a time.

Operations

Systematized operations end to end

We have built systematic operating processes that run the full patient journey: from marketing and referral development, through intake and start of care, to the end of a patient's care. Every handoff defined, owned, and measured.
